What we are looking at in light of the "End Times" prophecies of the bible concerning the "anti-Christ" and the "Mark of the Beast" that will be forced by him (anti-Christ) on everyone world wide to receive a mark on your right hand or forehead that you wont be able buy or sell without it as prophesied in (Revelations 13:16-18), is what I call the "System of the Beast" in-which I believe is the ultimate purpose for the current world wide collection of a persons biometrics to assign a Unique Identification Number (UID). SEE: www.worlduin.com. This UID changes a person from being a name to a number and enabling all people world wide to be as one in a information mainframe system. A modern day "Babel" perhaps. United as one. It is this system of biometric identification that will be the very same system used by the future anti-Christ who and many others believe is alive and well in the world today, for buying and selling world wide.
Only with the spiritual insight of knowing that we are living in the last generation of man living on the earth in-which Christ has told of His second coming and the rapture of the His church along with the coming anti-Christ can we see on the horizon just what is really going on with you and i being assigned a UID and forcefully made to receive a microchip or tattoo in or on our right hand or forehead.
The technology for this is here and now! A person can have a micro-chip implanted in or visible/invisible tattoo on their body that would allow a person to to do all financial transactions. And for the first time in the history of man has a government (USA) mandated a chip implant in a persons body. The new health care program requires this in 36 months after it was signed into law. It will only contain your new 16 digit biometric number in-which is a sort of key to provide access to your very own personal website created by the government to hold all your personal health records and more.
Most of us can see that the world economy is very unstable and that one economy effects another. Thus a need to stabilize the world economy with a system that is bilateral world wide. "Digital Currency". Just as our current system here in the USA will take from the rich and give to the poor, so will the "New World Order" (NWO) or should i say the "New World Financial Order" (NWFO) taking the abundance of one country and dividing it up to give to poorer countries after one's own country has financial stabilization, resulting in world wide economic stabilization and possible "World Peace". Sort of like the blood flow of the body that nourishes all of the body. We sort of see a little of how this works with the buying and selling of debt and the talk of carbon credits (Cap and Trade) as a solution to "Green Peace". How else could one man, say the "anti-Christ" causeth all the world to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead unless it would bring peace and financial stabilization? Enabling all the world to access a world financial order in-which the number of a man or the name of a man will be known by his biometric identification (UID), the ultimate and final means of identification. Just as the Social Security number that we all are supposed to have here in the USA enables us to identify ourselves so we can get paid for our wages or to verify who we are, so will the new system of Biometric Identification assigning everyone with a Unique Identification Number also known as a "UID" will be. Yet biometric identification can be used world wide tearing down all walls of governmental red tape and uniting the world as one. Thus the ultimate and final system of governmental financial institution. So if one would look at the biblical prophecies concerning the time of the end and the anti-christ one can in-vision the UID as the foundation of the future NWFO in-which will be given a name "security" perhaps, followed by a mark on the body for security purposes and as a pledge to the system giving up your current financial system you have known from birth and entering into contract with the NWFO via "Digital Currency" pledging allegiance to the system of authentic identification.
Just as the saying, "A man is only as good as his word" so is the saying "A financial system is only as good as its identification authentication".
Side note: Even if this system is not recognized as a "Financial System" and is only looked at a means to identify you, it will still be as in essence a "World Social Security Number" in that will in the details give you access to your government financial system and or the soon coming "New World Financial Order". (NWFO) In-which as prophesied the anti-Christ will force all to participate!

Now here is the penalty for those who take this said "Mark, Name or Number" in their right hand or forehead that enables ALL to buy or sell. Revelations 14:9-11
"9And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name".
